Electronics Design
At the beggining of this assignment we finished the modification of the Roland Modela to use different kinds of mill. Now we dont need to use vinyl for adapting the mills.
We need to turn a pice to adapt a drill chuck, in the photo we can see the adaptation milling a new board, it works perfectly.
The electronics are for me a new area to explore, so i started learning from basics, first using old school books and then asking another fabbers about electronics. After two days i could buld a simple ciruit on eagle.
This is a book that i was exploring
I practice making another exercise with a light sensor, here help us Roberto Delgado.

After some hours fighting with eagle, first trying to find the correct components on de library and then learning the commands of the program, i could do my own hello board.
I mill two boards and i saw the difference using an old mill and a new one. But then i realized that my hello board had a mistake because the button was not connected to the correct pin. As we can see in the photo, in the schematic we can see a connection between the button and the port number 5 but in the board it doesnt exist! i had to make this correction.
This is my board with the correction, the lines are very near but it works!
I used fab modules to mill the new board and i was making an experiment using this two kinds of mill. The first one is too weak and need less speed to mill a board. For this work i think is better to use the second mill, is stronger and could do the work more quickly.
After that i weld the parts using my list (photo) and i hope everything gonna work ok.
